A plot is a plot wherever it is. What changes is the unit on the tape, the code on the drawing and the currency on the bill of quantities. Choose the country once and PLOTVA switches all three: feet and inches or metres, one of 26 national code families, and a costed BOQ in USD, GBP, EUR, PKR, AED, SAR or INR. Then it draws the plans, elevations, sections, 3D views and structural checks, and writes a native AutoCAD DWG set a consultant in any country can open.

A code family is only as current as its published edition, and local authorities add their own zoning rules on top. Check the edition your permit office is enforcing before you submit — the software names what it applied so that check takes a minute, not a day.
