PLOTVA is one HTML file that opens in any modern browser, on Windows, macOS or Linux — no installer, no account, no upload. Design, code checks, 3D and every export happen on your own computer. Two things touch the internet: activating a new key, and a licence check about once a day when you happen to be online. Pull the cable out and the drawing keeps working. From $2.
On site, in a rural plot, in a client's unfinished house, on a train, in an office whose network blocks everything, during a power or internet cut. A tool that needs a connection is a tool that stops when the connection does.
Your project is your client's property. When nothing is uploaded there is nothing to leak, nothing to subpoena from a server, and no terms of service that grant anyone a licence to your work.
No cloud rendering credits, no per-seat subscription, no metered exports. A day of design work is $2; a week with everything unlocked is $9.
Copy it to a USB stick, keep it on a laptop that never goes online, archive it with the project. It will still open in five years, because it is a web page, not a service.
| Action | Needs a connection? |
|---|---|
| Drawing, editing, 3D, checks | No — entirely local |
| Exporting DWG / DXF / PDF / PNG / CSV | No — written on your machine |
| Bill of quantities with your own rates | No — local arithmetic |
| Live exchange rates for the BOQ | Optional — a stored rate is used when offline |
| Activating a new key | Yes, once per key |
| Daily licence revalidation | Yes, when you are online — it does not block offline work |
| Uploading your project anywhere | Never — there is no such feature |
There is a small neural network in the software — 12 inputs, 12 hidden units, 4 outputs — trained in your browser with backpropagation on the designs you actually keep. It changes two things only: which layout family is tried first, and the corridor width inside 3.5–6.5 ft. It never touches structural, seismic or bylaw calculations, and it never sends anything anywhere. Its accuracy figures are measured from test runs, not estimated for a brochure.
There is nothing to sign up for, so there is no profile of you to sell or lose.
Designs, dimensions and client details stay in the file on your own disk.

No. Your projects, your drawings and the on-device learning model stay on your computer. There is no account, no cloud storage and no telemetry of project data.
Nothing, on most machines: it is a single HTML file that opens in any modern browser, on Windows, macOS or Linux. A signed Windows .exe is also available if you prefer an application icon.
Because real design work happens on site, in rural areas, in offices with locked-down networks, on trains, and during power or internet cuts. A tool that needs a connection is a tool that stops when the connection does.
Send the plot size, the country and the rooms you want. You get a straight answer with the plan that fits, usually the same day. The button opens a ready-written e-mail — just add your details and send.
No phone number and no e-mail address is printed on this page — the contact button opens Gmail with the address already filled in, so it cannot be scraped.
